Hi there – I’m Mike Findlay, and I joined HTS in March of 2024. I met Mike Holly through the Tillsonburg Thunder, a senior AA mens hockey team that he owns, where I am currently the only active member from the team’s inception in 2008 – still playing competitive, full body contact hockey late into my 30s.

I decided to join Mike on this adventure after my family sold their Tim Horton’s business, where I acted as Operations Manager for over 12 years. Mike invited me to join the team based on my strong work ethic, leadership on and off the ice and customer-centric mentality.
